Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean. Newer facility. Staff wonderful. Nice pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the dining area for breakfast. Wonderful staff there too. Appreciated having several trash containers in the room instead of just a small one I the bathroom!

Clean. comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was not free like it was last year, so no comment as we didn't eat it. Coffee was available in the lobby. It was great. There is an area to purchase snacks and nice patio furniture to be outside. The restaurant is available to dine.

We loved the service during dinner with Barbara, dinner was delicious, the jacuzzi tub in our room was enjoyable and the staff were very welcoming with any questions.

Excellent service staff and flexibility Good food Large comfortable room with air con and coffee maker Good facilities small pool and gym open til late. Business room. Free coffee in lobby in morning and fruit water during the day. Access to falls and old town via Uber You can walk about 15 mins across the main road and bridge to a large retail outlet Small garden backing on to wooded area. There are a few sun loungers

Location near the Falls and Niagara on the lake. This was an overnight stop for us on way to the states so was perfectly situated near the roads we needed. The restaurant on site provided good value for money.

The front staff are fabulous! The hotel is clean and beautiful. Loved everything about this hotel about 18 minutes from Niagara on the Lake .

It all went well. The food is excellent and so is the service. We used all the facilities this time and especially love the hot tub but wonder how to access the outside gazebo without climbing outdoor stairs to get back into the hotel. It makes a great little get away and so well located for shopping and touring. When we are done the highway is right there to get back home. This was our second time and I doubt will be our last, so convenient for us living in Toronto.

The staff was excellent, the room was spotless and the drive into Niagara On The Lake was peaceful, very green and quite appealing. We had no idea that NOTL was known for its wineries, and there are more than 100 to choose from. Have fun! :)

close to Hwy, nice landscape in back. lovely gardens, inviting lobby, doors don’t slam shut in rooms, nice lounging areas, great desk staff, great dining staff, lovely updated bathroom, nice pics in rooms, good size TV

The room was good for us, but the other amenities were even better. The outdoor bar sitting area was pleasant and relaxing, and the hot tub was a treat. The restaurant really impressed us with both the Greek salad and the teriyaki grilled veg sandwich - way to go!
